While we proudly sell Ashley products and represent the Ashley brand in our markets, FDE is its own company with its own leadership team, culture, benefits, career opportunities, and employee experience.

For more than 30 years, our focus has been simple: create an exceptional experience for our guests, support our team members, and make a positive impact in the communities we serve.

Through Give a Day, every FDE Team Member is encouraged to spend one paid workday each year volunteering with a nonprofit organization that is meaningful to them. Every Child Deserves a Good Night's Sleep

A bed is more than furniture. It's a place to rest, dream, and grow. Through Hope to Dream, a portion of every mattress sold helps provide beds to children ages 3–16 who do not have a bed of their own. Each completed bed donation includes everything a child needs for a comfortable night's sleep, helping create a foundation for healthier and brighter futures. This program has impacted thousands of children throughout the communities we serve — because every child deserves to sleep well and dream big.
